Travel, a company registered in [registration jurisdiction] with company number [number].Registered office: [full address]Customer service email: [email address]Telephone: [contact number]VAT registration number: [if applicable]Website: [website address]In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the company identified above. “You” means the customer purchasing from our online store.2. Scope of these termsThese terms apply to purchases of physical merchandise from our online store by consumers buying wholly or mainly for personal use.Travel bookings, working holiday packages, gift cards, rewards and referral promotions are subject to their own applicable terms. For wholesale or business purchases, please contact us before ordering. Please read these terms alongside our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, available on our website. The version of these terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order. Please save a copy for your records.Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.3. Our relationship with PrintfulWe use Printful as our production and fulfilment partner. Printful produces, packs and dispatches our merchandise directly to customers.Your contract is with WhereNext? Travel, not Printful. We remain responsible for meeting our obligations as the seller, including handling delivery problems, faulty products, cancellations and refunds.Any arrangements or claim deadlines between us and Printful do not reduce your legal rights.4. Product informationWe aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, size guides and prices. Some images may be digital mock-ups. Screen settings and printing processes can cause minor differences in how colours appear. However, products must still match their description and meet the standards required by consumer law. Please review the product details and measurements before ordering. A standard size or colour selection does not make a product personalised. We will not substitute a materially different product, design or specification without your agreement.5. Placing an orderPlease check your selected products, quantities, sizes, colours, delivery address and contact details before submitting your order. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance unless it expressly states that we have accepted it.A contract is formed when we send an email expressly accepting your order or confirming dispatch, whichever occurs first. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unresolved pricing error, an unsupported delivery destination or suspected fraudulent payment. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment taken for an order we do not accept.Your statutory right to withdraw an order or cancel a contract remains unaffected.6. Prices and paymentPrices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. They include VAT where applicable.Delivery charges and any other charges payable to us will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.Payment is required when ordering, using one of the payment methods available at checkout. If we identify a pricing error before accepting your order, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.Once an order is accepted, we will not increase its price without your agreement.Any potential import duties, taxes or clearance charges payable separately will be explained before purchase, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.7. Production and order changesOur merchandise is generally produced to order and may enter production shortly after purchase.Contact us immediately if you want to change your order or delivery details. We will try to accommodate your request, but amendments may no longer be possible once processing or dispatch has progressed.Updating your account address does not automatically change an existing order. If a requested amendment affects the price or delivery arrangements, we will obtain your agreement before proceeding. An inability to stop production or dispatch does not remove a statutory cancellation right. Where cancellation remains available, you may need to return the goods after delivery.8. DeliveryAvailable destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be provided before purchase.Production time is additional to shipping time unless the stated estimate expressly includes both. Items may be dispatched from different fulfilment facilities and arrive separately. We will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you.If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you. If delivery is late, you may be entitled to set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel for a refund if it is not met. You may cancel immediately where we refuse to deliver or an agreed delivery deadline was essential. Please provide accurate delivery information. Reasonable redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by you or an unclaimed parcel will be explained and agreed before reshipping.Further details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.9. Responsibility for the goodsFor delivery arranged by us, the goods remain at our risk until you, or someone you have nominated to receive them, takes physical possession. If you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer, different statutory rules may apply.A tracking status showing “delivered” does not automatically establish that our delivery obligations have been fulfilled. Contact us if you have not received your parcel. We will investigate delivery disputes and provide any remedy required by law. We will not require you to resolve the matter solely with Printful or the carrier.Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.10. Your right to cancel standard merchandiseFor standard, non-personalised merchandise bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order contains several goods delivered separately, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day you receive the final item.Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel using the contact details in section 1. You may use the optional form below, but you do not have to.Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return, provided we informed you of this before purchase.Authorised returns address: [insert full returns address].Please request return instructions if needed. Do not assume the address on the original parcel is suitable for returns. Our approval is not required to exercise your statutory cancellation right. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We do not charge a restocking or cancellation fee for exercising this right.11. Cancellation refundsIf you cancel an entire order under your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a premium delivery service are not refundable. We will refund within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where no goods need to be returned, we will refund within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation.Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund processing fee applies.12. Personalised productsThe statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as merchandise bearing your own name or photograph. Our standard WhereNext designs are not treated as personalised merely because they are printed after ordering. We will identify genuine personalised products and explain the cancellation exception before purchase.Your rights regarding faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods still apply.13. Faulty, damaged or incorrect productsWe must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods do not meet these requirements, you normally have a 30-day right to reject them for a full refund. After that, you will generally be entitled to a repair or replacement first, subject to the statutory rules. If repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, or cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may have further rights to a price reduction or refund.Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs are helpful where available. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Original packaging is not required to exercise your legal rights. Please report damage or printing problems promptly, ideally within 30 days of delivery, and missing parcels ideally within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. These requests help us raise supplier claims; they do not shorten your statutory rights.See our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.14. When we may end a contractWe may end a contract for a serious breach by you, such as failure to pay or failure to provide information essential to fulfil the order, after giving reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. If performance becomes unlawful, we may also end the affected contract. We will explain the reason and refund payments for goods not supplied. Any deduction for a breach must be lawful, reasonable and reflect actual loss; it will not apply merely because you exercise a statutory cancellation right. This section does not give us a general right to cancel accepted orders at our discretion.15. Events outside our reasonable controlIf an event outside our reasonable control affects production or delivery, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise its effect.Such events do not automatically remove our obligations or your rights to cancel, receive a refund or obtain another legal remedy.16. Our responsibility for loss or damageWe are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of the breach or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights. These terms concern consumer purchases. They do not exclude recoverable consumer losses simply because Printful or another contractor was involved.17. Intellectual propertyOur branding, logos and original designs belong to us or our licensors.Buying merchandise gives you ownership of the physical item. It does not grant a licence to reproduce our artwork commercially or manufacture additional branded goods.Nothing in this section prevents lawful resale of a purchased item or other uses permitted by law.18. Personal informationWe handle personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.Information necessary to produce and deliver your order may be shared with Printful, payment providers and delivery partners. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes of processing, relevant international transfers and your data protection rights.19. ComplaintsPlease contact [customer service email] with your order number and complaint details. We will investigate and try to resolve the issue fairly. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will provide information about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body where required, including whether we are obliged or willing to use it.You retain the right to pursue remedies through the courts.20. Changes and general termsUpdates to these terms apply to future orders. We will not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order. If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible.A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.If we transfer our contractual responsibilities to another organisation, we will notify you and ensure that your contractual guarantees are not reduced. These terms do not exclude information or promises that legally form part of your contract, or remedies for misleading statements.21. Governing law and jurisdictionThese terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. For consumers outside the UK, this clause does not remove mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in local courts where applicable.Optional cancellation formComplete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your contract. To: [company name, geographical address and email address]I/We [] hereby give notice that I/We [] cancel my/our [] contract of sale of the following goods []/for the supply of the following service [*]:Ordered on []/received on []:Name of consumer(s):Address of consumer(s):Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper):Date:[*] Delete as appropriate.
Online Store Shipping & Delivery PolicyLast updated: 20/09/26This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through the WhereNext? Travel online store, operated by [registered company name], company number [number], at [business address].It does not apply to travel bookings or digital gift cards. How our products are made and deliveredOur merchandise is made to order. We work with Printful, our printing and fulfilment partner, to produce, pack and ship your items directly to you.WhereNext? Travel remains your point of contact for your purchase, including any delivery problems. You do not need to contact Printful to resolve an issue.Where we deliverWe deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Availability may depend on the product, delivery address and current carrier restrictions. If your destination is not available, please contact [customer service email] before placing an order.Production timesMost orders take approximately 2–5 business days to produce before dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed production timeframe.Production may take longer during busy periods or where there are stock or operational issues. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you.Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays.Delivery timesYour total estimated delivery time includes:Production time + shipping time = estimated arrival time.Shipping time depends on the product, fulfilment location, destination and delivery method. The applicable delivery estimate will be provided before you complete your purchase.Unless expressly stated, delivery dates are estimates. Faster shipping, where available, does not necessarily reduce production time. For UK consumer orders, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made, unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you.Shipping chargesApplicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Charges may depend on your destination, order contents and selected delivery method.Any free-delivery promotion will have its eligibility requirements clearly stated. We will not add further shipping charges after purchase without your agreement.Dispatch locations and separate parcelsPrintful operates through a network of fulfilment facilities. Your order may be produced and dispatched from the UK or another country, depending on availability and operational requirements.Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. Where tracking is available, each parcel may have its own tracking information. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout solely because we split your order into separate parcels.Tracking your orderWhere tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch.Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us with your order number.Customs, duties and import chargesOrders dispatched across international borders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees. Before you purchase, we will explain whether applicable import charges are included in your checkout total or payable separately. Where we cannot reasonably calculate additional charges in advance, we will explain that they may be payable.Customs processing may affect delivery estimates. This does not remove any statutory rights you have regarding delivery.Delivery addresses and order changesPlease check your items, sizes, colours and delivery details carefully before confirming your order.Orders may move into production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change your order or delivery address, contact [customer service email] immediately with your order number and the requested change. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended or stopped before dispatch once processing has begun. Changing a saved address in your customer account does not automatically update an existing order. These operational limitations do not affect your statutory cancellation rights. Where you have a legal right to cancel, it remains available even if production has started. If we cannot stop dispatch, you may need to return the goods in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. If a parcel is returned because you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover reasonable reshipping costs. We will confirm these costs before arranging another delivery. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.\If the error was ours or our fulfilment partner’s, we will correct it at no additional cost to you.Missed deliveries and unclaimed parcelsPlease follow any delivery or collection instructions provided by the carrier. If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, contact us promptly. We will explain the available options and any reasonable redelivery costs.A missed delivery does not automatically remove your cancellation or refund rights.Delayed or missing ordersIf your order has not arrived within the stated delivery estimate, contact [customer service email] with your order number. If tracking says “delivered” but you cannot find the parcel, check with other members of your household and any nominated recipient or agreed delivery location, then let us know.We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and carrier. A delivery scan alone will not automatically result in your claim being rejected. For deliveries arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you have nominated to receive them.Where delivery is late, you may be entitled to set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel for a refund if it is not met. In some circumstances—including where an agreed delivery deadline was essential or we refuse to deliver—you may cancel immediately.Damaged or incorrect deliveriesIf your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where available. Please retain the item and packaging while we provide instructions. Keeping the original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights. We will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.Your consumer rightsNothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer law. Delays caused by our fulfilment partner, a carrier or customs do not automatically remove our legal responsibilities to you.Mandatory consumer protections applying to customers outside the UK remain unaffected.Contact usWhereNext?
