Yes! Our initial one-to-one video call is completely free, with no commitment to book. It’s a chance to ask questions, share your ideas and find out how we can help. Any costs for packages, tours or additional services will be explained before you book.

That depends on how long you’re travelling, where you’re going and your travel style. Your budget should cover accommodation, food, transport and activities, plus insurance and a buffer for unexpected costs. Tell us your plans and we’ll help you build a realistic budget, including what’s already covered by your bookings.

Both can take a sizeable slice of your travel budget, if you're not careful, but there are ways to make your money go further. Hostels, cooking some of your own meals, travelling outside peak periods and balancing paid activities with free experiences can help. We’ll help you plan around your budget and prioritise what matters most to you.

Responsible travel matters to us. We encourage respecting local cultures and communities, caring for the places we visit, reducing waste and choosing wildlife experiences that put animal welfare first. If you’d like to understand a particular operator’s practices or find opportunities to support local communities, ask us—we’ll help you look into the options. Click here to see Where Next? Impact to see how we operate sustainably. Responsible travel is a philosophy we take seriously and we like to give back to the places and communities that we visit across both Australia and New Zealand.
